These are our beers available in cask and you'll find them in pubs mostly in and around Norfolk and Suffolk. Some are brewed on a regular basis, some are not so regular, and then we have seasonal specials and one off beers too.

	Blonde Ash Wheat Beer 4.0% abv (Summer brew) Based on the Belgian witbier style, this cloudy wheat beer has flavours of bubblegum, orange and coriander, and pours with a gorgeous frothy white head
	Summertime 4.0% abv (Summer brew) A ludicrously light summer ale, with fruity hops and a full mouthfeel.
	Oak 3.8% abv This well balanced session beer uses Maris Otter pale ale malt to give a light amber colour, and fermented slowly to give a dry, moreish finish. Awarded 1st place Bitter in 2008 CAMRA Norwich Beer Festival

	Best Bitter 4.2% abv A malty traditional amber ale, brewed with a blend of pale ale, choclolate and crystal malts. Awarded 1st place Best Bitter in 2008 CAMRA Norwich Beer Festival

	Harvest Moon 4.5% abv A full-bodied and hoppy pale ale. A strong bitter taste and spicy resinous finish with a hint of citrus.

	Tap Room Bitter 3.4% abv This is our user friendly bitter, often on sale at The Plough in Norwich. Lightly bitter and a dark amber colour, Tap punches above its weight with a chocolaty and nutty lingering taste.
	India Pale Ale 6.5% abv A traditional strong and hoppy Indian pale ale, brewed with the finest English Maris Otter pale ale malt to give a full-bodied malty chracter.

	Blackwood Stout 5.0% abv A traditional black stout made with Maris Otter and roasted malts. Smooth and smoky with burnt toast dryness and a hint of coffee.

	Porter 5.2% abv An old-style porter. Smooth and creamy, spiked with port to give the flavour of dark berries.

	Chestnut 3.5% abv (autumn brew) A dark chestnut coloured beer, with complex malt flavours, light bitterness and subtle hop aromas.

	Blonde Ash Wheat Beer 4.0% abv (summer brew) A light and easy-drinking summer ale, with fresh grassy aromas and a wheat finish.
